Tracking — quick answers
Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent right after you placed your order — it starts with # followed by digits (for example, #1234). You can paste it with or without the #.
If you can't find the email, check your spam folder, or email us at support@chopmuse.com and we'll resend it.
Any format is fine — we ignore spaces, dashes, parentheses, and the leading +. As long as the digits match the phone you used at checkout, we'll find your order.
Examples that all work: +1 555 555 5555, (555) 555-5555, or 5555555555.
Either one works — pick whichever you used at checkout. Use the Email tab if you typed an email when ordering, or the Phone tab if you used a phone number. The order number is required either way.
That message means the order number and email/phone you entered don't match the same order on our side. Double-check that:
- You're using the order number from your confirmation email (not a tracking number).
- The email or phone matches what you used at checkout exactly.
- If you used a guest checkout, try the email of whoever was logged in.

- Order placed — we've received your order and payment.
- Preparing — your order is being picked, packed, and labeled.
- Shipped — your package is with the carrier and on its way.
- Delivered — the carrier confirms it has arrived at the shipping address.
If you see a tracking number on the result panel, you can click it to see real-time updates from the carrier.
